  • Welcome to the City of Mt. Pleasant"s online complaint reporting form. This online form was created to deliver better service to the citizens of Mt. Pleasant and to provide an additional option when filing a complaint in person. The office is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
  • If this is an emergency please do not use the online complaint form but rather call 911 immediately.
  • Staff will monitor the online complaint form during normal business hours. We will process the complaints as quickly as possible based on available staffing.

  • 2) A brief description of the complaint/violation
  • 3) Your name, street and email address and phone number (the phone number is only required if you would like a follow up)
  • NOTE: All required fields must be completed to submit the form.
  • Your email, phone number and address will not be shared with others unless required by law.
  • The Neighborhood Resource Unit protects life, safety and property through the enforcement of codes and standards for the maintenance of our neighborhoods, buildings and other structures throughout the city. We strive to gain compliance through cooperation but may proceed with enforcement options when necessary.
