Note: MaxSold may not entertain this request if you did not discuss your claim during pickup and are submitted after the 48 hour refund deadline. For 100% refunds the item must have been discussed and left on site at pickup.
Our community of bidders bid after agreeing to our auction terms and information (warnings) to ensure mutual understanding of responsibility.
MaxSold reserves the right to ban bidders for abuse of the refund process. Please allow 7 business days for processing. If refund details are missing, response time may be delayed and/or result in rejection.
