Fees for work-based learning centres and colleges
There is a minimum annual spend requirement of £3000 for all UK colleges and work-based learning centres. This will be calculated based on a year running from 1st August to 31st July. If your centre doesn't meet the £3000 threshold in a given year, an invoice will be raised for the difference between your actual spend and the minimum threshold. Payment will be subject to Pearson's usual payment terms of 30 days. If you fail to pay in time, this will be a breach of the terms and conditions of payment and may lead to withdrawal of approval.
Centre approval fee
In addition, we will be charging a one-off approval fee of £1000 to cover our administration costs upon successful approval as a brand new Pearson UK college or work-based learning centre. This fee will be charged by invoice.
