Dealership submissions are intended for new product that has not been sold to a customer yet, not for warranty submissions handled on behalf of a customer. If a customer has an issue with a Motonation product they must fill out their own warranty form.
Please remove any anti theft devices that may have been installed. Any product returned with anti theft devices will be returned to the dealership to have them removed and any shipping charges will be applied to your account.
Sales Receipt Policy
Warranty requests must be accompanied by a valid receipt from a USA based retailer. Warranty cases without receipts will be serviced at Motonation's discretion.
If you do not have your receipt and you used a credit card most dealers keep records of your purchase and should be able to supply you with a copy.
