Description:
The LIVE 25 - 24M plan is a Postpaid Mobile Service with a minimum monthly charge of $25 and includes the following monthly value allowances for use within Australia:
- $300 of National Call, National MMS messaging, International Direct Dial^, International SMS and International MMS messaging value.
- Unlimited^ National TeleChoice Mobile to TeleChoice Mobile Call* value
- Unlimited^ Standard National SMS
- Unlimited^ Standard National MMS
- 512MB of data
- Standard national voice call rate 99c/min + 40c call connection
- Standard National Video MMS 75c
- International SMS 50c
- International MMS $2.50

The minimum Contract Term is 24 months. Minimum total cost for the plan is $629 including a $29 handset plan establishment cost and includes a contribution towards the cost of the handset. The minimum cost does not include any additional equipment costs. Any additional equipment costs are detailed in the Handset Schedule attached to this contract.
Early Termination Fees are calculated at a rate of $20 per month for the remaining months (or part thereof) of the minimum Contract Term. The maximum Early Termination Fee is $480 excluding any additional equipment costs.
Equipment - Handset:
The LIVE 25 - 24M plan comprises a mobile service plan and a mobile handset from our range of eligible handsets. Additional handset repayments may apply depending on the handset you select from our range (refer to the Handset Schedule attached to this contract).
If your plan includes additional monthly mobile handset repayments and you cancel your LIVE 25 - 24M plan or it is disconnected for any reason ("Termination"), or you move to a plan other than a Mobile Handset Plan you will be required to pay the remaining amount of monthly mobile handset repayments in addition to any Early Termination Fees.
If your plan includes additional monthly mobile handset repayments and you move to an approved new rate plan your monthly mobile handset repayments will continue to be charged and remain as part of your monthly commitment for the minimum Contract Term from which you have moved.
Changing Rate Plan: Rate plan changes will incur an administration fee of $25. Subject to TeleChoice approval you may be entitled to move to another LIVE Mobile Handset Plan with a higher monthly spend at no additional charge. If you move to another LIVE Mobile Handset Plan with a lower monthly access fee, you will incur an additional rate plan change fee as detailed in the Pricing Table for your plan available at: http://www.telechoice.com.au/legal/pricing-plans.
Terms and Conditions:
Value included in the LIVE 25 - 24M plan can be used within Australia for standard national: voice calls, MMS, video MMS, voicemail, national diversions, calls to 1223 directory assistance, calls to 13, 1300 and 1800 numbers and International Direct Dial^ calls, SMS and MMS to standard International numbers (all calls made and completed within Australia). Call time calculated in 60 second increments.
The Unlimited^ National TeleChoice Mobile to TeleChoice Mobile call* component is for calls within Australia.
Data usage is calculated in 10 Kilobyte (KB) increments and includes both downloads and uploads.
Excess Data Usage:
Excess Data Usage will be billed in 1 Gigabyte (GB) increments, where 1 GB is equivalent to 1024 MB, charged at a rate of $10 per GB. Data usage within the 1GB excess data blocks is for uploads and downloads and is deducted from the 1GB allowance in units of 10KB. The 1 GB excess data block allowance is available for the remainder of the current billing cycle. A maximum of 10 1GB data blocks may be added to a service per billing cycle.
Data Speed Controls:
TeleChoice Live Plans provide data access for the full value of the plan's included data allowance. Once 100% of the plan's allowance has been exhausted data access may cease until an excess data block is automatically added to the service. Data access is provided for the full value of the excess data block inclusion within the current billing cycle. Once 100% of the Excess Data Block inclusion has been exhausted data access may cease until an additional excess data block is automatically added to the service.

The LIVE 25 - 24M plan includes Unlimited^ standard national SMS and Unlimited^ standard national MMS.
Unused included call value and data allocation each month is forfeited and cannot be rolled over, transferred or redeemed for cash or credit on this or another account.
The TeleChoice Excess Usage Alert Policy applies to this service. The unbilled usage alert is set at a predetermined level above the monthly access fee and is subject to the TeleChoice Excess Usage Alert Policy found here:www.telechoice.com.au/legal/terms.
Call types excluded from your monthly allowance include, but are not limited to: national video calls, international video calls, Premium Content Services and calls made outside of Australia. Charges for these calls, texts and MMS can be found at telechoice.com.au/legal/pricing-plans.
The following call types are automatically barred and require TeleChoice approval to remove the barring, subject to the call feature availability on our carrier network and may require a prepayment or security bond deposit to allow access to the features: 19xx Numbers (Premium Content and Premium Services) and International Roaming.
^Important information: Our Fair Use Policy applies to all Unlimited Plans and unlimited components of plans. Use which is not permitted by our Fair Use Policy is not included in your monthly call allowance or the relevant component of the plan. International call inclusions are provided for International Direct Dial calls made from within Australia and are subject to our Fair Use Policy. * National TeleChoice Mobile to TeleChoice Mobile Calls: Mobile services connected to TeleChoice Plans may take up to 7 days to become eligible for the TeleChoice Mobile to TeleChoice Mobile Call offering calls will be rated as standard calls until the service eligibility has been established. If you go over your Included Value Plan, TeleChoice will credit your account with the amount incurred for the TeleChoice Mobile to TeleChoice Mobile Calls that you have made.
