About Sweta
Ms. Rajan has over 10 years of expertise in the life sciences industry, spanning academia and industry. After making her own transition to the industry over 7 years ago, she mentored several graduates through the rigors of this, often underestimated, challenge. Her passion for helping young scientists led her to take on the role of Training Program Manager at Centre for Drug Research and Development (CDRD), where she provides training and leadership to undergraduates, graduates and post-doctoral trainees.
