Please view the Studio Set Layout here: http://goo.gl/xTR18Y
Then upload images and/or videos into the boxes below that are labeled by monitor number. Some sets do not have 8 monitors. Please pay very close attention that you are uploading specific images into the correct monitors of your choice.
We do not provide stock images or videos. If you don’t have enough images, videos, or logos for the number of monitors in your set, we can repeat them -- it will look great. Or, you may purchase stock images/videos/animations from http://istockphoto.com, http://pond5.com, http://shutterstock.com, http://dollarphotoclub.com, or take advantage of the free trial offer at videoblocks.com. Please choose the medium size or larger versions when given a choice. Stock images/videos/animations are usually very inexpensive, and are usually fabulous.
Some clients request that images within the monitors be changing during the video. Please resist that urge! Changing images within the monitors is not only distracting to viewers (lowering the quality of your video), it’s expensive -- we will have to charge you considerably more. Please do things the easy and more effective way -- provide us with only one image or video per monitor.
Also, please don’t be too concerned about where the images/videos will be in relation to the script. The images/videos are mainly to give the production a very high-end and beautiful overall look. It’s not necessary, for example, to have an image of a cat in the monitor next to the actor at the precise moment the actor makes reference to a cat. If the image of a cat appears before the cat is mentioned in the script, it’s called foreshadowing -- a classic cinematic technique. If the image of the cat appears after the cat is mentioned in the script, it’s called reinforcement or a "big reveal" -- another classic cinematic technique. The bottom line is that people know what a cat is, and if the image of the cat appears at some other point in the script, it really doesn’t matter.
Finally, please make sure that you have the rights to all media submitted to us.
