Spectrum Health is pleased to announce a new ‘provider-centric’ communications service designed to help you save time, improve your personal efficiency, and enhance the coordination of patient care. This service is HIPAA compliant and allows text messages to be sent with PHI in a secure manner.
PerfectServe Clinician-to-Clinician is a system-wide communication platform that makes it easy for providers and clinicians to connect with the right provider, at the right time, in the right way regarding patient care matters while enabling providers to selectively filter and control the communications they receive.
Calls and messages from hospital staff route automatically according to each provider’s precise instructions because PerfectServe assembles and maintains the communications workflow, call schedules and contact preferences for every medical staff member, for every moment of every day.
Your can utilize PerfectServe’s secure messaging tool which protects sensitive PHI or continue receiving communications via pager or a call or text to your cell – there are no new devices to carry.
PerfectServe has already been implemented across the Spectrum Health Grand Rapids acute care facilities, and the community hospitals will go live in two phases:
Phase I - September 2015
- Kelsey
- United
- Zeeland
- Two Grand Rapids special care facilities
Phase II – December/January 2016
- Big Rapids
- Gerber
- Ludington
- Reed City
This registration process is the first step in helping PerfectServe know your group’s precise instructions and general call schedule information. If you've already registered during the Medical Center, Blodgett, or Community Phase I implementations, there is no need to register again.
