The process for electing or appointing delegates varies from congregation to congregation. Delegates should be elected/appointed for a full year. We will record these delegates as current for the 2012 year and they will get all the pertinent information (as well as a copy sent to your church.) From time to time it is necessary that we have a special meeting of delegates.
