Worship Center Sound, Lighting and Projection requires an additional fee. Fellowship Hall Sound, Lighting and Projection may require a fee - Contact Church Office.
NOTE: There is no oven or stovetop to cook with. All food should be prepared offsite.
DO NOT leave any food, cooking supplies, etc... in refridgerator or in cabinets. Please take it with you or throw in trash.
I have read the conditions outlined on the Guidelines for Use of Facility form and agree to abide by same, and to make every effort to insure that our guests do likewise, if we are permitted the use of these facilities. I agree to make any necessary remuneration to the church office at least 15 days before the event.
$50 Deposit is required prior to approval. Submitt deposit at church office.
