• About Industry Accreditation

    Industry Accreditation is available to UK and international film professionals wishing to visit the Festival and take advantage of a range of Industry services and events.

  • FULL ACCREDITATION - £30 (£25 + VAT)
    - Mon-Fri evening & all-day weekend screening tickets (requested in advance, subject to limited availability and excludes galas, opening and closing nights).
    - Access to public screenings Monday – Friday pre-17:00 (subject to availability).
    - Advance booking and priority use of the festival DVD viewing library.
    - Industry events and networking.
    - Access to the Delegate Centre facilities located in The Blue Room at the BFI Southbank.
    - Access to the Industry section of the Festival website and a downloadable rights information list.

    FESTIVAL VIEWING LIBRARY ACCREDITATION - £15 (£12.50 + VAT)
    - Advance booking and priority use of the festival DVD viewing library.
    - Industry events and networking.
    - Access to the Delegate Centre facilities located in The Blue Room at the BFI Southbank.
    - Access to the Industry section of the Festival website and a downloadable rights information list.

  • Previous LLGFF delegates - About completing this form

    If you've been accredited with the festival in recent years, you may have received an invitation to complete this form and a copy of your Unique Reference Number from our Industry team. Please enter this number where requested to ensure your application is correctly processed. (Please note URNs are unique to each delegate and non-transferable).

  • New LLGFF delegates - About completing this form

    You do not need a Unique Reference Number to complete this form. If are new to the festival or you did not receive an invitation to complete this form from the LLGFF Industry team please leave the URN section of the form blank.

  • Payment

    As outlined above, there is a fee attached to Industry Accreditation. After completing this form you will be directed to a secure Paypal site to process your Accreditation payment. Please have a credit card to hand to complete your application fully. Please note that we can not offer refunds for Accreditations at a later date.

  • Data Protection and Publication of Information

    We will use the information submitted via this form to process your application for Accreditation with the 27th BFI London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival (LLGFF) and may publish partial information (as outlined below) in printed and electronic form to facilitate Delegate networking.

    Your Name, Company Name and Festival attendance dates, as entered on this form, may be included in the LLGFF Delegate list. This list will be made available to Delegates via the password-protected Delegates' section of the Festival website and in the Delegate Centre in The Blue Room at BFI Southbank. Your phone numbers, email addresses and postal address will not be published. By submitting this form you agree to the LLGFF publishing your details as outlined above if your Accreditation is fully processed. A written request to remove your details from the Delegate list may be submitted to the Industry Co-ordinator prior to the Accreditation deadline: 5pm on Thursday 7th March.
